OUR OBJECT

Litigating Hand (LH) is a platform to bridge people with the courts / different dispute resolution forums by helping them in availing their rights and remedies. It is an attempt to keep people’s trust in law and the judiciary, always thriving. Beyond this, it is a place where existing laws are shared and critically examined to enhance understanding of any given legal issue or development. Shortly, LH aims to meet and serve the trust and expectations of litigants, practitioners, and law students in both i.e. legal services and legal education.

KNOW THE FOUNDER

Litigating Hand is the sole concern of its founder Pareekshit Bishnoi, an advocate majorly practicing at the High Court of Delhi and the Supreme Court of India. Over the years, he has cultivated a well-rounded experience as an independent practitioner, as well as through his associations with the Chambers of Mr. Shashank Garg, Senior Advocate; Mr. Siddharth Aggarwal, Senior Advocate; Hon’ble Mr. Justice (HMJ) C.T. Ravikumar, Supreme Court of India; and Mr. Parveen K. Aggarwal.

His practice spans a diverse range of civil, commercial, criminal, and constitutional matters before the High Court of Delhi and the Supreme Court of India, with occasional appearances before the High Courts of Punjab & Haryana and Uttarakhand. These include arbitration petitions and applications, civil suits and appeals, bail matters involving socio-economic offences, quashing petitions, criminal appeals, service related writ petitions, and cases touching upon environmental issues.

Beyond litigation, Pareekshit is deeply engaged in academia and legal writing. He regularly speaks at seminars and webinars, and contribute articles to leading platforms such as the Oxford Business Law Blog, Bar & Bench, Live Law, The Daily Guardian, India Business Law Journal, IndiaCorpLaw, Taxmann, and the Indian Arbitration Blog.

Pareekshit is a graduate of the National Law University Odisha. During his graduation, he has had the opportunity to participate and excel in various national conferences and some of the leading national and international arbitration competitions like the National Law School Trilegal International Arbitration Moot and Willem C. Vis East Arbitration Moot Court Competition, Hong Kong.
