OUR OBJECT

Litigating Hand intends to serve as a platform wherein the existing laws can be critically examined and shared to enhance everybody’s understanding of any given legal issue or development. We also attempt to assist needy parties with legal aid in Delhi, either personally or through our network. Shortly, our aim is to meet and serve your expectation in both of our objectives i.e. content sharing and pro-bono legal services.

KNOW THE FOUNDer

Litigating Hand is presently the sole concern of its founder Pareekshit Bishnoi, a Law Clerk-cum-Research Assistant to the Hon’ble Mr. Justice (HMJ) C.T. Ravikumar, Supreme Court of India. During this time, he is engaged in assisting with briefs and research in different civil, criminal, and constitutional matters listed before the bench composing the HMJ. 

Prior to the Clerkship, Pareekshit was practicing as an advocate in various courts and tribunals, including arbitral tribunals in and around Delhi, India. Pareekshit has had exposure to a blend of subjects, however, pre-dominated by civil and commercial litigation covering subject fields like contract law, arbitration law, the law of partnerships, law on transfer of property, insolvency and bankruptcy law, etc. 

Additionally, Pareekshit often engages himself in teaching, addressing at webinars, and writing articles for different leading platforms like Oxford Business Law Blog, Bar and Bench, Live Law, The Daily Guardian, India Business Law Journal, India Corp Law, Taxmann, Indian Arbitration Blog.

Pareekshit is a graduate of the National Law University Odisha. During his graduation, he has had the opportunity to attend various national conferences and participate in some of the national and international moot court competitions like the National Law School Trilegal International Arbitration Moot and Willem C. Vis East Arbitration Moot Court Competition, Hong Kong.  In Willem C. Vis East, Hong Kong, his team was awarded Honourable Mention for Best Memorandum on Behalf of Respondent.
